Ocean Clear: is the name of recycled PP sheet..

These PP sheet are produced of 100% fishingnets and ropes out of the ocean. Thanks to the re-use of the material the CO2 emission is 78% less compared to the use of virgin material. 

Thicknesses: 1,5 - 25 mm

PP is often used thanks to its low weight and resistance to high temperatures (e.g. micro-wave). It is a mix of homo - en copolymers for refridgerators. PP has a good resistance to oil and greases and several chemical products. PP is available in film, solid sheet, multiwall and bubblestructure. Please contact JAG Plastix for specific applications.

Bubblestructure PP (dwPP)

Sandwich panel with bubble structure for versatile packaging applications In-line lamination possible (one or both sides). Flat surface and homogenous rigidity.

Quality: 2,5-11 mm

Weight: 450-3000 g/m2

Format: Min. 500x500 mm (in-line smaller possible)

Max. 3500x2100 mm

Bubblestructure with a weight of 3200g/m2 for improved rigidity, dedicated for container sleeves.
